    As part of this module, we’ll also discuss key elements of what business capabilities are needed for success.

  • An effective distribution model is critical for ongoing success. We’ll discuss the types of distribution models in our industry and how to reach your customers where they are.

  • There are many ways to develop a product offer and solutions set to meet the needs of your customer base. In this module, we’ll spend time discussing product and solutions types - both the proven, established products that have been around, as well as new products and solutions that are coming into the space now.

  • At the core of each cutting-edge company is a solid customer experience and service model that is both attractive to its customer base and provides the right servicing model. During this session, we’ll discuss what it takes to build the most effective CX and service model to be not only competitive, but also highly successful in retaining your customer base.

  • This module will cover the various operating models we see in the industry and how you can apply them to your organization.

  • At the core of all you do is data. Good data will provide you with the tools you need to reach your customers more accurately and more meaningfully. Data is also key to your recordkeeping functions and can be leveraged for many critical uses. This session will talk about why you need to spend on data to make it work for you.

  • Understanding technology and how it can be leveraged is key to success. We’ll talk about how you can use technology to enhance your revenue, improve efficiencies, and drive results.

How long is the program?

The retirement industry professional development series is 8 modules, totaling 15 hours. We know your time is valuable, so we will work with you to customize the schedule to your liking. Most of the time, we can do the training over the course of a few weeks, with each session lasting a couple of hours. Should you wish to do an offsite, we can accommodate that so you can have 2 days of dedicated time with our experts.

How large is the class size?

Our goal is to always accommodate your needs, and as such, we will work with you to ensure that the size and course materials work for you. This course is designed to prepare you and your fellow leaders for what’s coming next in this competitive industry.

Generally, this course is suitable for small- to-mid-sized groups but can be modified for larger groups upon request.
